Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees. Each successful candidate will be provided with a development plan (6 months in non - production and 9 months in production group) which is carefully prepared by the line manager with a professional career and coaching plan within the chosen department.
