Job description

Point Avenue is looking for Front Desk Admin. As our Front Desk Admin, you are the first person to welcome all our parents and students. You play a key part to purchase supplies, supervise office operations and maintenance. Besides, you also support managers with special projects as requested.


First Line Supervisor: Center Director - Cau Giay Center


Working Schedule: 5 days per week with 2 days off on Tuesday and Friday


Working Hours:

● Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 13h00 - 21h00

● Saturday, Sunday: 08h30 - 17h30


Responsibilities and Duties


1. Administrative tasks

● Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

● Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

● Perform scheduling tasks including: calendar coordination; purchase airfare and lodging and reserve conference rooms.

2. Logistical management:

● Oversee office inventory activities, including ordering and requisitions, stocking and shipment receiving.

● Collect and reconcile reimbursement, payment requests for monthly or ad hoc expenses. Support on Travel Requests after approvals.

3. Office operations

● Coordinate for office activities, operations and maintenance to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

● Identify system problems and recommend solutions in order to increase office operations.

4. Marketing / Sales support:

○ Prepare logistics and conference rooms pre and post events if required.

5. Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree

● Good English communication

● Friendly and professional etiquette and attention to detail

● Highly organized and responsive

● Exceptional time management

● Prefer customer service industry experience
