Front Office Manager

• Manage daily lobby operations and patient reception activities.

• Supervise and schedule lobby front office staff.

• Work closely with the Customer Care Manager to support smooth patient registration and appointment processes.

• Coordinate with cashiers, patient advisors, outpatient services, radiology, wards, laboratory, and related departments to ensure efficient patient flow.

• Monitor lobby waiting times and support service efficiency improvements.

• Handle patient inquiries and escalate complaints when necessary.

• Ensure lobby operations comply with hospital policies and patient privacy requirements.

• Prepare basic operational reports and support service improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office, patient services, or customer service, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting with at least 1–2 years of supervisory or team-leading experience.

• Strong patient- and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand patient needs, manage expectations, and deliver a positive service experience
