Frontdesk Receptionist Cum Japanese – English Interpreter

EEC (European Eye Clinic) is the premier eye care center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We provide personalized and Western standard eye care services including cataract and Prelex surgery, retina conditions and surgery, myopia management, etc. We aim to provide top-quality personalized eye care for everyone in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Now, we are seeking a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist cum Japanese – English Interpreter to work as part of a growing eye care clinic at the highest level in Vietnam.

Job Description:

- Responsible for answering and directing phone calls.

- Managing patients’ check-in.

- Scheduling appointments for the patients.

- Accurately interpreting from Japanese to English and vice versa for Japanese speaking patients during their visits.

- Assisting with general office tasks.

Requirements:

• Phone etiquette, Receptionist duties, and Clerical skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)

• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

• Professional and friendly demeanor

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
