Fulfillment & Logistics Lead

Logistics is one of the most important part at Dat Bike now as we are getting substantial number of orders to deliver since we launched our new product. With that exponential growth, we are looking for a Logistics Lead to run our finished goods warehouse and build initiatives to deliver bikes efficiently to our customers.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, bike servicing process from order receipt to delivery.

- Plan shipments based on product availability and requests from Sales team or CS team

- Ensure the quality of the shipment (quality of bikes, related documents, quality of bike delivery vendors).

- Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.

- Build logistics processes and automations on the company platform to manage order status effectively to ensure timely deliveries.

- Build logistics vendor database.

- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on logistics activities (fullfillment and bike servicing), key metrics, and process improvements.

- To lead and inspire a high performing and engaged order management team

- Schedule shifts for logistics staff.

- Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo.

- Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.

- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics field.

- Highly detail-oriented.

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.

- Hi-tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
