Full Stack Developer / Frontend Configurator

About the Role

We are urgently looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in frontend configuration and backend development. This hybrid role combines Python/MongoDB configuration expertise with solid React/Node.js development skills to support complex insurance and health-tech applications.

You will work in a fast-paced international environment, collaborating with European teams to deliver scalable, data-driven web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain web applications integrating Python, MongoDB, and React.js.

• Build, optimize, and secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL services (Node.js/Express).

• Configure and manipulate data models and business rules stored in MongoDB.

• Implement front-end logic and responsive user interfaces with React, Bootstrap, and Material UI.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams.

• Participate in Agile sprints, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Analyze and optimize application performance (data structures, API calls, caching, etc.).

On technical qualification :

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material UI, and responsive CSS.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with Node.js / Express.js is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Practical experience using Git, Postman, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
