Full Stack Developer (Middle, Lead)

JOB OBJECTIVE

- We are seeking a Technical Team Lead with exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills to drive high-quality code, robust architecture, and successful delivery of in-house products, WMS implementations, and system integration projects.

- As a domain expert, you will solve complex technical challenges, make critical architectural decisions, and mentor the team while aligning cross-department technical direction.

- This role is also responsible for building and developing the engineering team’s capability for WMS products, in-house systems, and system integration projects. SCOPE OF WORK

- Take full responsibility for technical direction, risk control, estimation accuracy, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle. Guide and support the team while being a key contributor in technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders

- Lead people development for the project team, including technical guidance, coaching, and ensuring alignment on technical decisions across departments (PM, BA, Business, Infra, etc.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the technical quality of the project like review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainability, testability, and performance metrics are met

- Lead system architecture design and contribute to key technology decisions for scalable, stable, and high-performing systems

- Provide detailed effort estimation, identify technical risks, and propose mitigation plans

- Collaborating with cross-functional leads to solution discussions.

- Guide and mentor developers through design reviews, problem-solving, and root cause analysis

- Actively participate in all technical solution discussions internally and with clients

- Represent technical concerns in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives

- Document architectural decisions, design flows, and technical rationales clearly for future reference

- Manage and develop team members through technical guidance, workload balancing, and performance feedback.

- Oversee and collaborate on deployment and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure stable, repeatable, and secure releases.

- Work closely with DevOps/infra teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of the systems.

- Ensure technical decisions are aligned with the product roadmap and business goals.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

- Experience: has 2–4 years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise or system integration projects.

- Technical skills:

✓ Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and React.js; willingness to learn React Native.

✓ Experience with REST APIs and PostgreSQL.

✓ Basic Docker and Kubernetes usage.

✓ Good communication skills for technical discussions.

✓ Experience using Git and common branching/pull request workflows for version control.

✓ Experience in Agile/Scrum development.

✓ English for daily technical communication, including reading and understanding technical documentation

- Soft Skills:

✓ Proactive learning attitude, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.

✓ Ability to propose ideas and solutions during team discussions.

✓ Good communication skills, ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

✓ Able to work independently under supervision and meet deadlines.

- Tools:

✓ Experience using project/task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira).

✓ Experience collaborating via Git workflows and documenting technical specifications using Confluence or Git-based documentation (README, Wiki, etc.).

- Certificates (plus):

✓ Relevant technical certifications are a plus (Java, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, React or other front-end frameworks).

✓ Agile/Scrum certificates (CSM, PSM or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
