We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Team Leader as well as those engineers with strong front end skills in ReactJS and ChartJS are also welcome to apply. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, including strong English communication, to guide our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Project Management (required for full stack team leader only):

- Work directly with international teams (English only environment).

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

- Manage Agile project workflows, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Maintain and update the Azure DevOps Dashboard to reflect project progress and timelines.

- Translate business requirements into technical objectives and actionable tasks.

- Technical Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and JavaScript.

- Implement and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or MariaDB.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

2. Communication:

- Effectively communicate with hiring managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders in English.

- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Technical Skills (for full stack engineers)

- Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.

- Experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or MariaDB.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, and CSS which are the only requirements for frond end engineers.

2. Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with TypeScript and Python.

- Knowledge of API management tools like API SIX.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Azure DevOps.

- Version control using Git.

- Familiarity with Redis for caching mechanisms.

Experience Level for team leader: 5-10 Years.

ReactJS and ChartJS FE engineers are also welcome to apply. Experience Level at least 3 years.

Location: Ho Chi Minh, flexible ybrid working time
