Full Stack Software Engineer (Ai-Focused)

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll build innovative, customer-facing applications powered by next-generation AI technologies. You'll work directly on impactful projects involving Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and various AI models. This role involves close collaboration with the Lead Engineer and direct interaction with the CEO, ensuring your contributions significantly influence growth and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy new features in customer-facing AI products.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software bugs quickly and efficiently.

• Assist with internal tooling projects as needed.

• Handle and respond effectively to customer support requests.

• Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to align development with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

• 1-3 years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in a startup or similarly dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Next.js and experience building full-stack web applications.

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and familiarity with AWS services.

• Proven ability to read and write effectively in English; strong preference given to candidates who can confidently speak and listen in English.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code).

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience building generative AI applications or prototypes.

• Demonstrated history of rapid self-learning and adaptability—highlight any personal projects or self-taught skills that showcase initiative and continuous improvement.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
