What will you do?

Design and develop modern desktop and web-based applications for the maritime sector using Tauri and Angular.

Your work will include:

• Developing, documenting, and testing cross-platform system software

• Creating responsive and intuitive graphical user interfaces for human-machine interaction

• Researching and designing network communication protocols

• Integrating local system software with onboard services

How do you handle that?

• You consult with colleagues from the project engineering department to develop from the definition

phase until the delivery of the software

• You work independently on software module programming and testing

• You act as an internal source of information for all software technical issues about the software modules

assigned to you

• You follow developments and trends in software and automation in shipbuilding

Team

As a Software Engineer, you work within the Innovation team. You also frequently discuss with colleagues from the Project Engineering department. You report to the Manager of Innovation.

We ask

• Someone with several years of relevant work experience

• You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Software Engineering or Web development

• Experience with Tauri, Node.js, or similar desktop app frameworks (e.g., Electron, .NET MAUI)

• Familiarity with Rust or JavaScript/TypeScript-based backend development is an advantage

• Knowledge and interest in automation products is a plus

• That you work independently, result-oriented and accurately

• Good analytical ability

• Good English skills
