Full-Time Quality Inspector

About the Company:

We are a professional third-party inspection and quality service company specializing in

product inspection, factory audit, and quality assessment for international clients. Our

mission is to ensure that every product meets global standards of safety, functionality,

and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections at factories or warehouses according to inspection

standards (AQL, client requirements, etc.). Main products are: EEs ( e.g TV,

Fridge, Radios, Lightings, cables, wires, mobile phones, etc.)

• Verify product quality, quantity, workmanship, labeling, packaging, and other

compliance criteria.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports (including photos and findings) and submit

them within the same day.

• Communicate effectively with factories, suppliers, and internal QA team to

resolve quality issues.

• Ensure honesty, independence, and accuracy in all inspections.

• Salary Structure: Basic salary + Allowance + Travelling (fixed rate for different

location)

Working Location: Hanoi / Bac Ninh / Hai Phong / Bac Giang

• College or University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QC / QA / Inspection / Production.

• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

• Basic English reading & writing skills (for report preparation).

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Priority given to candidates with experience in 3rd party inspection companies or

manufacturing QC.
