Fumigation Technician Advisor

• To contribute on day-to-day operation, developing department activities.

• Contact client for all correspondence including quotations, receipt of orders, work schedule of fumigation, delivery reports and certificates.

• To review and evaluate fumigation results/findings in respect of technical details, update duly accurate and efficient the progress to clients.

• Instruct and control the Fumigation team at field to ensure a smooth and proper flow of work.

• To compile operation procedures/work instruction to ensure activities conducted properly.

• Exploit market, approach/visit and follow up clients, executing sale needed and report to direct manager.

• Following marketing plans/strategic sale, marketing activities, market info and competition analysis. Ensure revenue according to company targets

• Managing the usage and storage of fumigant and other materials.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs

• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job requirements

• University degree, major in Plant Protection, or Fumigation.

• Have specialized knowledge of related field & role with at least 5 years’ experience in Fumigation.

• Must have Fumigation Practice Certificates.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as working in a team.

• Good at time management, planning and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Excel/Word.

• Ability to treat all matters with utmost confidentiality and integrity.

• Good communications skills in English
