Fund Administrator

- A fund administrator is a highly skilled professional in the financial services industry. Their primary role involves managing and overseeing the administrative tasks related to investment funds, including onboarding of investors, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintenance of accurate financial and transactional records and providing crucial support to fund managers. This occupation demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment in English.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly fund accounting tasks.

- Maintain general ledgers, transaction records and other documentation related to the investment funds.

- Reconcile cash, and capital activity with custodians, investment managers.

- Process and verify fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and transfers.

- Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, fund managers, and regulatory bodies.

- Assist in the preparation of client reports and investor statements.

- Ensure all fund activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

- Support the audit process and respond to auditor queries in a timely manner.

- Monitor and escalate issues affecting valuation or fund accounting operations.

- Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new procedures.

- Review monthly closing, ensure revenue, operation cost recorded timely and accuracy.

- Performing Group reporting and Internal reporting.

- Co-operate with other departments to manage performance within Budget / Forecast.

- Other Risk & Compliance reporting.

- Do other tasks assigned by Directors / Managers.

Education:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

- English fluently.

Experience:

- 10 plus years in Fund management companies; Insurance companies; Investment banks; Stock brokerage firms
