What We Do: Fund & Accounting Outsourcing

We are the backstage professionals of the investment world. As a Fund & Accounting Associate, you will help our Singapore-based clients stay accurate, compliant, and investor-ready. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate with Hanoi and Singapore head office colleagues to provide financial outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, fund accounting, and other financial tasks

• Ensure deliverables to client meet established quality and timeline standards

• Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by managers.

About Bootcamp: Your Path to Success

• Phase 1: Base camp (Month 1)

Join our Base Camp, where you build strong foundations. You will go beyond theory with hands-on learning from real fund cases and direct mentoring from our trainers

The qualified trainee will be moved to the real work phase.

• Phase 2: Real Work Phase (Months 2-3)

Step into real-world engagements under the guidance of experienced professionals

The qualified trainee will be offered as an Accounting Associate.

• Eager to learn, ready to work

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferrable) or finance

• Proficiency in English

• Good interpersonal and communication skill, especially in time management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
