High Level Statement of the Role
Provide the technical expertise linking design requirements with production. Partner with USA PM to enable design and manufacturability to develop and implement process that provide 100% on time defect free results

• Develops excellent working relationship with supply partners and peers.
• Conducts reviews of relevant industry standards and determines steps necessary to achieve them.
• Able to translate design requirements into manufacturable product by developing and implementing repeatable processes producing 100% on time defect free results.
• Capable of setting up processes that include a variety of materials including wood, metal, plastic and glass.
• Understands the capabilities of all machinery and equipment.
• Knowledgeable of all competitive challenges within a program and custom projects.
• Must be very knowledgeable of manufacturing processes.
• Able to balance customer and company needs.
Work/Educational Requirements
• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in metal, wood and upholstery manufacturing.
• Bi-lingual (Chinese/Vietnamese/ Spanish and English) preferred.
