Measuring and analyzing campaigns to determine their effectiveness. To ensure marketing funds are invested wisely, campaigns should be measured regularly and updated based on the outcome of the analysis.
Develop or social channels growth in terms of both followers & engagement.
Working closely with the product team to position and promote products and maximize ROI.
Manage the MKT budget, and track/analyze each campaign.
Track and monitor the performance of advertising campaigns, taking ownership of the performance and making ongoing iterative changes where required
Direct drive testing, measurement, and innovation roadmap.

Bachelor's degree, major in marketing or a related field.
Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a brand or marketing manager
Startup mindset - the ability to work in a fast-paced crypto startup
Shipped at least 1-2 Mobile App
Participated in the development of big Game projects or multinational Marketing campaigns
Experience in growing an online social media following for a cryptocurrency community that resulted in the growth of subscribers/followers, an increase in website traffic, and acquiring users.
High level of communication skills, working with levels from senior management through to trainees and social posts, you have the ability to deliver a message to any crowd
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
