Garment Merchandiser

岗位职责：

与总部团队沟通跟进订单生产全过程从确认到出货：

• 跟踪订单状态及生产进度相关信息；

• 与工厂紧密合作，确保合理的计划、产能安排及按时执行；

• 跟踪原辅料生产进度、确保所有审批（面料、颜色、印花、包装）在生产前完成，并在与客人召开预生产（PP）会议前准备好相关文件；

• 监督生产排期，识别潜在延误，并提出解决方案以确保时间进度；

• 与 QA/QC 团队及工厂协调安排 PPM 及验货计划；

• 协助解决生产过程中出现的问题，包括面料短缺、物料问题或质量隐患。

Job description :

Working with the Headquarters team to manage and follow up on bulk production orders from confirmation to shipment:

• Track information regarding order status, changes, and production updates;

• Work closely with factories to ensure proper planning, production capacity, and timely execution;

• Track raw material sourcing, trims, and accessories; ensure all approvals (fabrics, colors, prints, packaging) are received before production; prepare all related documents before opening the PP meeting with buyers;

• Monitor production schedules, identify potential delays, and provide solutions to keep timelines on track;

• Coordinate with the QA/QC team and factories to manage the PPM and inspection schedules;

• Support in solving production issues, including fabric shortages, material problems, or quality concerns.

岗位条件：

1. 大专/本科学历；

2. 在服装公司（工厂/办事处）担任跟单员1年以上工作经验；

3. 能熟练操作常用办公软件及客户验货系统；

4. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力（听说读写），能用中文沟通者不限工作年限；

5. 熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook；

6. 责任心强，乐于学习，能承受工作压力；

7. 能尽快到岗。

Job requirement:

1. College/Bachelor’s degree.

2. More than 1 year of experience as a merchandiser at garment companies (Factory/Office).

3. Able to operate common office software and customer inspection systems.

4. Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both speaking and writing). Candidates who can communicate in Chinese are not limited by years of work experience.

5. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

6. High responsibility, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.

7. Able to start working as soon as possible.
