- Handle Develop sample included of sourcing accessories/DEV/ Fit/ PP/ Inline/ TOP/Shipping sample.

- Follow up all Trim cards, materials needed for DEV, PPS , TOP; Make trim card/ trim list/ packing list/ packing way.

- Update standard/new requirement to relative department; Review and highlight: buyer comment, original sample, create/adjust pattern with CAD team.

- Follow up PPS approval /comments from QA.

- Prepare all approved PPS, SO and send to supplier.

- Manage orders from Materials ETA until shipment.

- Sourcing/ order bulk material.

- Follow up/monitor process: MD/MCP, Heat transfer test, Laser cut, Printing, EMB, Flammability test.

- Work with all departments from Sourcing, QA, QC, and ensure everything is aligned to avoid delays in production and shipment.

- Communication and settle issue with buyer/factory.

- Send daily report, production status report to buyer.

- Work closely with suppliers regarding the production planning to ensure to ship the order on time.

- Inline/ final inspection.

- Support to import-export.

- Make sales contract/shipping document.

* MUST HAVE:

1. Age from 25-40 years old. Female recruitment

3. 5 years in Garment Manufacturing MINIMUM

4. Good English - reading, writing/ replying to emails.

5. Good at Excel/Word

6. Can start working immediately

2. Have worked with Spanish (ECI) or UK clients
