Responsible for data accuracy & completeness of data fed into buyer system (SMEE Booking, TS, PCL, WIP, SMS, etc.)
Proactively track AD sample delivery as well as proactively communicate potential delays and root causes
Support training/communications & Change Management of Vietnamese staff in sales and factories
Create transparency into regional production issues
Other tasks assigned by manager.

University / College graduate
Experience in garment industry and collocating with buyer, sales team, and factories is preferred
Excellent in Microsoft office (especially in Excel and PPT)
English Communication (Skilled – daily communication and email)
High responsibility and able to work under high pressure
