GARMENT MERCHANDISER (Sample/Production/Fabric/Trim)

• Translated technical details (tech packs) from English to Vietnamese, ensuring seamless communication throughout the manufacturing process.

• Oversee sample development, meticulously following up from initial prototypes to production-ready samples.

• Collaborate closely with buyers on fabric selection, trims, patterns, and construction details for each sample iteration.

• Partner with the import/export department to guarantee timely delivery of samples, meeting buyer deadlines.

• Implement stringent quality control across all stages – pattern making, cutting, sewing, and final inspection – proactively addressing any production issues.

• Coordinate with external suppliers for specialized processes like washing, dyeing, hot fix applications, printing, and embroidery, maximizing production capacity.

• Manage internal aspects like material requisitions, Free on Board (FOB) pricing, and sample details, maintaining accurate records.

• Support merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, and fostering open communication with buyers and suppliers.

• Monitor shipments closely to ensure adherence to requirements.

• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, effectively resolving production challenges.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion/Garment/Textile Technology or a related field.

• Experience: 0-10 years of relevant experience.

• Requirements:

- Can communication English skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
