Garment Merchandiser/ Quản Lý Đơn Hàng May Mặc (3~5 Năm Kinh Nghiệm Ngành May Mặc)

DEVELOPMENT

- Working closely with sample room & checking sample status.

- Order sample fabric to mill and checking ready date.

- Order development accessories.

- Managing Development Due Date

- Sending packages to Buyer directly.

- Updating dispatch details on the website

PRODUCTION

- Responsible for management of production cycle

- Manage time and action calendars

- Strong knowledge of fabrics, finishing and garment construction for knit

- Create and maintain delivery reports for weekly cross functional production meeting

- Manage product testing results by working with third party quality assurance companies. Work with manufactures and mills to seek immediate resolution in the event of failures and sub-quality results

- Responsible for seasonal mill allocations and capacity planning

- Responsible for the management and updating of product costing documents

- Provide visibility to buy dates and pre-production lead times

- Maintain close working relationships with cross divisional partners in customer, product development, merchandising, technical design and global supplier

• Diploma or university degree holder in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.

• 0 – 5 years of garment merchandising experiences and in Garment Vendor.

• Sample development or bulk production experience are preferable.

• Having working experience with PINK/VICTORIA’S SECRET/CARTER’S/UNIQLO/ WALMART brand is a strong plus.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Working under high pressure and being able to work for overtime.

**Working Hour:

Mon – Fri: 8:00 – 17:30

Lunch time: 11:30 – 12:30
