Scope of Work
Candidate will be the point person in between our Vietnamese factory and our American main office.
Roles and Responsibilities
Must communicate in English with our USA team via email on a daily basis.
Must translate tech packs (detailed instruction for swim styles) in Vietnamese as needed.
Must communicate with the factory our production schedule and deadlines and advise our USA team of any delays.
Must communicate with factory any USA request as TOP sample requests and follow up on those.
Must communicate with the USA team of any problems with cutting, fabric, sewing or late delivery if any.
Update USA team on WIP (work in progress) of orders being produced at the factory.
Can ship samples by air to USA.
