We are looking for a garment QC (Quality controller) who is living close to this address: Cụm Công Nghiệp Bắc Tuy Phong, thôn Lạc Trị, xã Phú Lạc,huyện Tuy Phong, tỉnh Bình Thuận, Việt Nam

We are a leading garment Company with head office located in China and rep offices in both USA and Vietnam（Ho Chi Minh city）.

岗位描述

1、在工厂从生产开始到结束进行详细的质量控制。发现质量问题，指导工厂解决问题，满足客户的要求。

2、根据评语检查样品，以确保两者之间没有差异。

3、工厂样品检验（照片样、产前样和TOP样品）并将意见转发给销售团队、技术支持和QA经理。

4、检查全码样品并给出评论。

5、主持与工厂的生产前会议，使质量标准得到很好的理解，并与工厂就要求进行沟通。

6、对裁剪工段进行检查，监控任何问题/裁剪短缺，并将意见转发给商品团队和QA经理。

7、监控从面料检验到成衣出厂的全部流程。

8、进行在线和最终检验，检验完成后，将检验报告上传到我们的系统。

9、前往指定工厂进行产前会议、在线/最终检查。

10、完成QA经理交办的其它任务。

Job discription,

1, Conduct detailed quality control from beginning to end of production in factory. Detect quality problems and guide factories to solve the problems to meet customers' requirements.

2, Check sample against comments to assure no discrepancy between.

3, Sample inspection in factory (Photo, PPS and TOP sample) and forward comments to Merchandising team, Technical support and QA Manager.

4, Check size set samples and give comments.

5, Chair Pre-Production Meeting with factory to make the quality standard well understood and communicate with factories about the requirements.

6, Conduct inspection in cutting section, Monitor any problem/short cut and forward comments to merchandise team and QA manager.

7, Monitor work in progress status form fabric inspection to ex-factory.

8, Conduct in-line and final inspection. Upload the inspection report to our system upon finish the inspection.

9, Travel to assigned factories to conduct PP meeting, inline/final inspections.

10, Complete other tasks assigned by QA manager.

任职要求

1. 2年服装QA/QC经验。

2. 中文或英文流利准确，中文优先。

3. 能胜任检查操作。

4. 友好和积极进取

5. 愿意出差

6. 首选男性 - 25-45岁

Job requirements

1. 2 years experience in QA/ QC in apparel.

2. Fluent & accurate in Chinese or English, prefer Chinese.

3. Competent to perform inspecting operation.

4. Friendly and motivated

5. Willing to travel

6. Prefer Male - 25-45 years old
