General Accountant

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

● Support in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets

● Handle accounts payable and receivables, ensuring timely payments and collections

● Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows

● Assist Manager to collaborate with external auditors during financial audits

● Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement

● Maintain strong relationship with vendors and manage supplier performance

● Monitor inventory levels and control stock par level

● Work closely with Operations Team to ensure procurement needs are met

● Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

● Stay updated on changes in financial regulations affecting F&B industry

● Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets

● Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

● Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. Candidate without qualification needs to come with at least 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity.

● Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Strong knowledge of Vietnam accounting standards and regulations

● Experience in procurement, vendor management and negotiation

● Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

● Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

● Detail-oriented, able to work independently and takes initiatives
