General Accountant

- In charge of month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing;

- Managing internal expenses and income activities, monthly cash flow forecast, calculating bonus cases;

- Debt collection and issuing invoices to clients;

- Regulating input data into accounting system;

- Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis;

- Being responsible for CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT reports and declarations;

- Monthly balance sheet and P&L Fluctuation Analysis;

- Checking items regarding accounting, tax regulation and payment process on draft contracts sent by other teams if any requests;

- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of organization’s accounting policies and financial procedures;

- Manage and forecast the Firm's finances effectively;

- Ad hoc assignment by upper-level managers.

- Bachelor's or college degree majoring in Accounting or Finance;

- At least 3 years of experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role;

- Having solid understanding of legal regulations on Tax and Accounting;

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations;

- Having financial mindset;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;

- Proficient in MS Office and having experience using MISA software is an advantage;
