General Accountant

POSITION PURPOSE

The General Accountant – IFCN is assigned to check high risk disbursement transactions for IFCN/RB by following company’s BCC guidelines, Review the DKSH’s reporting related to Ecommerce Channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Independent review high risk disbursement transactions for IFCN/RB-ETC by following company’s BCC guidelines to verify validity of the transaction and completeness of supporting documentation before processing final payment

(Applicable to both PO and non-PO process).

• Coordinate with RB Thailand checking/ processing contracts and payments for RB RO, RB VN (excluding Trade sales and Trade Marketing).

• Control RB RO bank accounts. Handle RB RO operating reports to DOIT.

• Handle Month end closing and BS reconciliation.

• Coordinate with Ecommerce team and CG team to control budget and approved EP/SPA for DKSH execution.

• Check the B2C reports and other trade investment from E-commerce team.

• Coordinate with Trade Investment Cost Accountant to accrue the expense timely.

• Prepare the financial reporting and analysis.

• Ad-hoc assignment by FC & Accounting Manager.

• Bachelor Degree with major in Finance and Accounting

• Minimum 3 years experiences in Finance & Accounting in foreign company environment

• Experience in General Ledgers and Reconciliations

• High level of understanding of local statutory reporting regulations

• Experience working in a team environment, exhibiting good communication skills and the adaptability required to cope within a global change environment.

• Experienced in the use of an integrated business software package and financial reporting modules, and PC package software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Experience using JDE system & SAP system would be an advantage.

• Proven good writing, speaking and editing skills, in local language and English

• Ability to deliver value added business results through superior execution

• Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants

• Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines

• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
