General Accountant

Responsibilities:

• In charge of AR/AP moduling.

• Process daily payment

• Accounts reconciliation with related-party.

• Fixed Asset tracking and management, monthly post depreciation, ensure maintenance and full function of asset register

• Issuing and keeping of VAT sales invoice and special export invoice, and declaration of VAT purchasing invoice.

• Monthly and timely finish the declaration and payment of tax exemption, refund, FCT, state and local tax. In charge of all government statistic reports

• Coordinate annual and cyclical stock take processes

• Assist & support yearly budget

• Provide accounting support and information to accounting staff in parent company and overseas entities upon request.

• In charge utilities (electricity, internet…)

• Other assigned by Chief Accountant.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related.

• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience preferable in manufacturing environment.

• Experience in ERP system, cost accounting with manufacturing business

• Experience working in EPE company highly valued.

• Good written English, some verbal English an advantage

• Good teamwork spirit and proactive working attitude.

• Reliable and trustworthy.
