Job Description
Position 1:
- Account payable: Work closely with related groups on Material purchasing invoice checking and verification in SAP ERP system;
- Process invoices for non-material and service purchases;
- Process payment to suppliers via bank remittance;
- Petty cash control;
- Carry out journal entries posting;
- Control all internal non-material purchasing requisitions;
- Prepare bi-weekly PL estimate based on sales forecast;
- Support chief accountant to carry out monthly accounts closing, or be able to carry out monthly accounts closing;
- Prepare monthly detailed and summarized reports;
- Prepare financial statements and group reporting package;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Position 2:

- Deal with reports and analysis on inventory management: stock check reconciliation and posting, slow moving analysis, inventory analysis, etc.;
- Estimate product cost for selling price determination;
- Provide the company with necessary management reports and analysis on business conditions: profitability analysis, cost reduction, update corporate KRIs;
- Prepare monthly detailed and summarized reports;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Selected candidate will have chances to:

Job Requirements
- Male or female, from 25 to 35 years old;
- University graduate in Finance and Accounting;
- Have a good knowledge of and be able to apply accounting practices in manufacturing company;
- Be able to understand and apply Vietnamese Accounting Standards;
- Be able to carry out monthly and annual account closing and prepare financial statements;
- Good communication skill;
- Be able to communicate well in English;
- Be able to calculate and analyse product cost using some techniques;
- Good presentation and analytical skills;
- Good basic computer skill: email, MS Office applications;
- Experience in applying variety of tax rules and regulations;
- Familiar with accounting software;
*** Preferred:
- Working experiences in Japanese manufacturing companies;
- Knowledge of IAS or IFRS and can apply in Group reporting package conversion;
- Candidate with management and leadership skills;
- Familiar with SAP ERP system.
