Position Overview:
• The General Accountant will report to the Finance Director, and play an important role in the day-to-day management of the Finance team in Vietnam.
• As a key member of the team, you will work frequently with the senior management of the Vietnamese agency, as well as with the European Head Office of the wider group.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
This General Accountant job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
• University Degree
• At least 5 years of related experience, including hands on experience in Accounting
• Experience in an advertising or related environment is an advantage
• Familiar with Fast accounting software and/or Teamleader Orbit is an advantage
• Very fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and oral)
• Outgoing personality, good communication skills
• Well aware of Vietnamese business administration rules & regulations
You’re good at:
Finance
• Bookkeeping in Fast accounting online system (AR/AP, cash/bank payment, Expenses/Revenue)
• Issue invoices to clients
• Track and manage receivables and payables
• Manage and book bank/cash
• Monthly closing booking
• Provide support in monthly reports (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT)
• Supporting in internal/ external audit
• Supporting in financial reporting to management and other stakeholders (management accounts, budgets, ad hoc reporting)
Documentation/Business Support
• Support vendor registration process
• Support in drafting and/or review of internal and external contracting or other administrative requirements
• Develop familiarity with the internal systems and tools (such as Teamleader Orbit), and share knowledge internally
• Other tasks may arise from time to time

• Taking responsibility for other tasks may arise from time to time
• Working closely with account managers and business heads, and potentially attending relevant client meetings or calls
