Warehouse Accountant: 60%
- Follow and update the stock of input - output - inventory in data and in reality
- Check the validity of invoices and documents related before executing to receipt and issue goods
- Coordinating with warehouse keeper, delivery party/receiving party to properly count the quantity of goods in/out the warehouse
- Perform import/export accounting of goods and materials into the SAP, ensuring accurate and consistent data with cost items
- Directly participate in the periodic (or irregular) inventory of goods and materials in the warehouse with the warehouse keeper
- Make an inventory record or a proposal for handling when detecting a discrepancy between the figures on the books and the actual number and immediately report it to the superior
- Supervise and manage to conduct periodic stock - takes, make appropriate adjustment if needed
- Make the inventory report in daily, weekly and monthly for related departments
- Execute any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager
General Accountant: 30%
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
- Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
- Report timely on standard requirement of financial updates to the management
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PUT, CIT and FCT) in time and accurate manner
- Ensure all tax payment is received on the due date
Audit issue & others: 10%
- Obtain data from all departments to prepare management report
- Other daily and monthly duties requested by the Finance Manager or General Manager
- Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing; budget and forecast related

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Working experience in Ho Chi Minh City is required for relevance of experience
- SAP B1 knowledge is preferred, but not a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to handle pressure well
- Detailed and meticulous individual with strong financial and analytical skills
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
