General Accountant

We are looking for a capable and experienced General accountant to take charge of accounting at OBE Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and processing accounting tasks and ensuring that financial and accounting activities are transparent and comply with legal regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendor to set up the ERP system and manage the local and international ERP system.

• Develop company accounting policies, procedures...to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• Manage invoice, expense and payment.

• Prepare tax declarations according to current regulations.

• Guide relevant departments on accounting practices, standards, and legal regulations.

• Prepare financial report, management report and ad hoc reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting - Auditing.

• Hold the chief accountant certificate (beneficial)

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at FDI - manufacturing companies.

• Deep understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and international standards.

• Proficiency in tax regulations.

• Proficiency in popular accounting software preferred in both, Vietnamese and international. (such as MISA, FAST, SAP).

• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office, English communication.
