General Accountant

• Issue invoices to customers; Check and verify all payables invoices from suppliers and operations, input into the system

• Prepare and process daily payments

• Banks reconciliation.

• Preparation of documents for VAT, FCT, CIT declaration, and others as required

• Handle General Ledger – prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and document filings

• Maintain year-end closing with audit schedules, processing accruals and prepayments

• Participate in VAS bookkeeping review, and annual audit with external auditors

• Other tasks assigned by the General director and CA.

• Computer literacy.

• English communication for working purposes.

• Ability to work in groups.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• Having at least 3 years’ experience in doing accounting tasks in a similar position.

• Prefer the experience in logistic company.
