We are looking for an upbeat, flexible, hardworking person to join our team as an Accountant, HR specialist for our team of 10 members, as well as help take care of our cozy office. You are someone who is good at entering detailed data, attentive to details, but also great with people!
Daily accounting tasks include:
• Prepare documents to process daily operations: issue and keep track of contracts, VAT invoices, delivery notes, receipts, liquidations across 2 companies, customs declarations
• Review and keep the company's vouchers, bills and contracts
• Update invoices, purchase orders, payment receipts, sales orders daily on the 1C:ERP and MISA systems
• Submit bank payments in online banking across all accounts for approval
• Handle banking-related matters: managing overseas transactions, apply customs declarations
• Maintain daily cashflow operations in the money management system (CCB)
• Complete monthly and annual closing; update cash flow and P&L financial statements
• Correspond with customers’ accounting staff, and the accounting agency for tax reporting
• Regularly report to the management
Daily Human Resources tasks include:
• Maintain record and timely signing of offer letters, labor contracts, insurance policies
• Track and maintain working time, annual leave days, reimbursement of staff
• Review and follow up on sales discrepancies, enter sales commission reports, calculate monthly salaries, PIT
• Post online the open positions, make appointments with applicants and keep track of interviews schedule, set up interviews, check references
• Execute the onboarding process for newly joined people, keep track of the feedback from employees to improve working conditions
• Assist in execution of company’s events, maintain paperwork with vendors
Daily Office Manager tasks include:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping to support teams and management.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to maintain office needs and contracts.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and guests, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Monitor office policies, ensure adherence to company standards, and prepare regular reports for management.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree from the university in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in Accounting field
• At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources field
• Good at communication, fluent in English
• Able to work independently and highly pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate, solve flexible tasks and situations quickly
