General Accountant (Only 9X Age)

Level Senior:

• Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements

• Review transactions in accounting software which was booked by the Accountant

• Review internal reports (fund management reports)

• Review tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT...), payrolls, payments;

• Co-operation with other departments to provide the document and information as accounting department requires

• Other tasks assigned by line manager and BOD

Level Junior:

• Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.

• Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory & fixed assets.

• Monitoring inventory transactions

• Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger

• Co-operation with warehouses team to follow the inventories in term of monthly value, quarterly annually inventory stock take.

• Process daily bank-related activities including but not limited to visiting banks, writing bank slips, bank transfer, cash withdraw

• Input transaction into accounting software

• Prepare tax report and payment, payroll, internal reports

• Coordinate with other departments to provide the document and information as accounting department requires

• Document, data, cash and bank account management

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely bank payments

• Other tasks assigned by line manager and BOD.

Education:

• Bachelor degree and above, major in Finance/Accounting

Experience:

• A least 03 years of experiences in Accounting especially in Inventory sector

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good knowledge in Vietnamese financial law including tax legislation

Knowledge and Professional Skills:

• Work will under high pressure and strict deadlines

• Good in English

• Communication skill

• Very good in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point)

• Good analytical thinking
