Responsibilities • Responsible for overseeing employees and daily operations within the service department. • Developing and managing a team coverage for operation managing campus and service center. • Monitor, track and report on feedback – Feedback management. • Develop and manage long-lasting processes that will allow us to maintain high reputation scores. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve employees issues, follow-up and make sure close-loop to all escalations. • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives per business or operation needs. • Budget department tracking. • Hiring, training and managing team members in best consumer service. • Implementing improvements the customer service and service mindset for members. • Other duties as assign by Head of department.

• Have +2 years experience manage a team • Good customer service and interpersonal skills. • Good communication skills internally. • Good English communication skills. • Ability to handle stress to operate under deadlines. • Exhibit honesty, responsibility, hard-work and teamwork.
