General Affair Senior Staff

1. Job description:

• Lead canteen infrastructure renovation projects, oversee overall operations and implement safety and efficiency improvements

• Collaborate with the canteen committee to enhance services and employee satisfaction

• Propose plans and coordinate company events such as recreation activities, family day,...

• Drive improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and improve the work environment

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior

• Graduated from university (compulsory), priority major: law, economics, business administration

• At least 2 years of experience related to canteen management

• Proficient in English (writing & speaking)

• Proficient in MS Office

• Soft skills: organizing skills and interpersonal skills
