Mô Tả Công Việc

Overview:

The General Manager of Sales and Events will be responsible for overseeing all sales and event-related activities within Vietnam and will work under the CEO who will handle the other day to day operations in the company. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales leadership, event management, and team management. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold the company's standards and values in the Vietnamese market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
● Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

2. Event Management:

● Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events, ensuring they align with the company's brand and objectives.
● Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event operations, including logistics, marketing, and customer service.
● Monitor event budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

3. Relationship Management:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Vietnamese market.
● Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
● Address and resolve any customer or stakeholder concerns in a timely manner.

4. Team Management & Development:

● Recruit, train, and develop the sales and events team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
● Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

● Prepare regular sales and events reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
● Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
● Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership and event management, preferably in the Hospitality, F&B or E-Commerce industries.
● Strong English and Vietnamese language communications orally and in writing.
● Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market, culture, and business environment.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and other softwares
