General Manager - Aston Martin

• Responsible for overall brand business performance. • Set and develop goals, objectives, and strategic plans to achieve business target. • Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance. • Lead the team to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experience and brand profitability. • Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation. • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers/principals. • Any other tasks assigned by your superior. • Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 8 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity. • Proven track record of leading teams that deliver outstanding customer experience in the premium retail environment. • Proven track record of delivery or exceeding sales targets with a progressive management style. • Strong ability to hire, manage, motivate, grow, manage conflict, and retain employees. • Highly driven, result oriented and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environment • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric personality. • Detailed and coupled with the ability to manage business and review financial numbers. *Please note that the job duties and responsibilities listed are not exhaustive.
