As a key member of the team reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you'll spearhead our client's construction initiatives and shape the company's future.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end construction projects, from concept to completion;

* Develop innovative strategies for project acquisition and execution;

* Oversee bidding processes and negotiate favourable terms for new developments;

* Manage all aspects of construction, including subcontractor relationships and project timelines;

* Implement cutting-edge design and construction methodologies;

* Drive operational excellence in project search, finance, and human resource management;

* Ensure seamless project execution from pre-construction to final implementation;

* Optimize budgets and resource allocation to maximize project efficiency;

* Build and nurture a high-performing team of design and construction professionals;

Profile

- Higher Degree in Construction, Architecture or other related fields;

- 10+ year working experience within the companies specialising in interior design, architecture, commercial real estate development;

- Experience in interior construction projects, including Design&Build;

- Excellent understanding of bidding and subcontract management services;

- In-depth knowledge of financial management and business operations principles;

- Solid experience in project management and general management;

- Fluent Vietnamese and English communication;
