• Develop and implement commercial strategies (marketing, sales and distribution) for the coffee business that are in line with the short-term and long-term objectives of the Board of Directors.
• Develop and execute a sales, marketing and product strategy that is suitable for the Vietnamese consumer market.
• Coordinate the manufacturing, supply chain and other support functions to implement the commercial strategy.
• Manage and achieve the operations of the company with the goal of achieving the financial targets and objectives developed in conjunction with the Board of Directors.
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement, develop a high performing managerial team and ensure that KPI’s are achieved.
• Create and implement a cost efficiency culture with the goal of supporting the development and achievement of the commercial strategy of the business.
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important stakeholders
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Proven experience as a COO or Senior Commercial Director of a Fast Moving Consumer Good company
• Strong track record in developing and managing sales and distribution networks in Vietnam.
• Operating experience in managing teams and also developing and implementing business strategies.
• Strong understanding of performance management principles and ability to lead teams.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and strong communications skills.
