General Procurement Staff (Marketing & Service Products) - Nhân Viên Mua Hàng (Sản Phẩm Marketing & Dịch Vụ)

1. Purchasing & Bidding Planning
• Receive and analyze service purchase requests from internal departments (Marketing, SVC, HR, Admin...)
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clearly define the Scope of Work (SOW), quality standards
• Develop detailed purchasing/bidding plans, defining priorities and timelines
2. Vendor Sourcing, Evaluation, and Selection
• Sourcing: Proactively search, build, and expand the list of potential, reputable vendors/Agencies in the market, especially in the Marketing and professional service sectors. Conduct vendor capability assessments (through profile, internal feedback, experience in similar projects) based on criteria such as service quality, cost, delivery time, and reputation.
• Bidding: organize a transparent, competitive bidding process via online systems
• Evaluation & Selection: Prepare comparative analysis reports (Quality/Cost evaluation) and propose the optimal vendor selection for management approval
3. Negotiation and Contract Finalization
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing and other relevant clauses with vendors to achieve the best value for money for the company.
• Draft, review, and finalize Service Agreements/Contracts, ensuring terms are clear, complete, and protect the company's legal interests (in coordination with the Legal department)
4. Vendor Performance Management
• Resolve issues or disputes during/after contract performance (if any) in a timely and effective manner
• Periodically evaluate vendor performance (KPIs) to inform future partnership decisions
5. Documentation and Reporting
• Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as per request
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or a similar role. Have experience in purchasing Marketing/Services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of professional procurement processes and principles. Knowledge of the Marketing service market (Agencies, Digital, Event...) is a plus.
- Excellent Negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially strong Excel skills), ERP systems.
- Good working/business English
