Mô Tả Công Việc
1. To monitor and control overall store activities
a. Material movement, storage and information transfer between receiving, main store and finished goods
b. Warehousing in a JIT environment
c. Warehouse productivity measurement
2. To maintain 100% inventory accuracy between physical and system inventory
3. To maintain good service support to Production
4. Continuous internal material lead-time reduction
5. To support and participate the activities of safety committees to ensure his/her department compile with safety requirement laid down by the committee and the local Government
6. Update store procedure and manual regularly in accordance with the company policy
7. Monitor material receiving, kitting, stock ledger accuracy and finish goods delivery is in accordance to store procedure
8. Counting and monitoring the flow “AA” and “A” and SPOT Buy materials as well as storing
9. Ensure Warehouse facility security controls are implemented
10. Coordination with different departments (IQC, PMPC, Production, GSM and others)
11. GS equipment and tools management
12. Ensure storage room with special temperature and relative humidity requirements are within the required temp and RH
13. Support the improvement on the Warehouse layout and material flow
14. Perform Inventory physical counting

1. Degree / Diploma holder in store management or related discipline
2. At least 3-year experience in electronics manufacturing
3. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
4. A Problem solving and willing to take up new challenges
5. Proficiency in computer skills
6. Good command of spoken and written English
7. Willing to work on shift / work overtime
8. Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000
9. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS Document
2. At least 3-year experience in electronics manufacturing
