▪ Has primary responsibility for strategy formulation of Nam Long Group
including developing investment strategy, business strategy in short, medium
and long-term based on the potential and actual capabilities of Group and
anticipated macroeconomic impacts;
▪ Establish development strategy for Modern Township;
▪ Promote investment opportunities and business development of the Group;
▪ Analyze arising problems in operation to establish intervention plan for a wellfunctioning guarantee;

▪ Lead the communication and implementation of the Strategies to Functional
units/ Divisions/ Departments/ and related Subsidiaries;
2. Drive and monitor the implementation of the Group’s strategy
▪ Ensure strategic plans are in place to create maximum value for the company;
▪ Ensure strategic plans focus on critical issues;
▪ Provide external reference points of value creation opportunities;
▪ Synthesize competitive analysis performed by business units to identify major
trends and potential threats;
▪ Coordinate with Functional units/ Divisions/ Departments/ and Subsidiaries to
evaluate/measure business plans and strategies delivery at Business Units
(BUs);
▪ Work with business units to assess the value creation potential of BU-specific
strategic and business plans;
▪ Establish and evaluate project FS, review and propose solutions to ensure the
project development to meet schedule and commitments to investors;
▪ Monitor and adjust (if any) the implementation plan of the Group's strategy;
3. Support in business development and expansion
▪ Support in business development/ expansion to create additional value for
Group
Develop perspectives on market opportunities in relevant businesses;
Assess Group’s skills and assets and suggest improvement levels to fill any
existing gaps
Conduct business and financial evaluations of specific proposals
▪ Plan and support major required transformations to facilitate Group’s
strategies;
▪ Review proposals from other units to ensure quality and consistency
4. Lead the establishment of medium- and long-term planning
▪ Develop key performance measures for each BU, Functional units/ Divisions/
Departments;
5. Build strategy capabilities in the organization
▪ Provide support (best-practice analytical tools and framework) and coaching
(on the job, lead and facilitate key workshops) to the rest of organization
▪ Provide direction on standardized approaches/ processes, blue prints and
methodologies
▪ Provide standard operating procedures and work instructions to help carrying
out routine operations;
▪ Control, evaluate and consolidate performance of BU, Functional units/
Divisions/ Departments based on regular reports;
▪ Formulate a standardized template and process for annual planning
establishment;
▪ Provide supports on business plan development for BU;
6. Support overall organizational health sustainability agenda
▪ Be a role model to cultivate positive and high-performance working culture and
ensure Nam Long values being honored
▪ Coach, develop, motivate, and provide growth opportunities for high-potential
employees

Economics, Marketing and/or Engineering. Advanced degree in Business
Administration and real estate development is preferred;
▪ 10+ years of experience in similar positions with major real estate
developers with experience focused in strategies establishment and
businesses restructuring;
▪ Knowledgeable in real estate, resort, and commercial property, focusing
on Strategy & Planning, Business Development, and Operations
▪ Experience in developing Modern Townships, Integrated projects. Ability
to work with partners and foreign investment funds;
▪ Proficiency in English
▪ Exceptional strategic thinking and analysis capabilities
▪ Knowledgeable of economic insights and real estate trends
▪ Understanding of economic issues and industry trends in real estate
▪ Proven success in profitably and strategically growing a business
▪ Analytic and finance mindset
