Job Description
- Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
- Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
- Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
- Observe HSE regulations, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
- Conduct patrol at factory everyday and monitor HSE implementation.
- Conduct monthly HSE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed.
- Write, implement, and manage HSE Programs, Policies and Procedures
- Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE
- Ability to oversee Hazardous Waste Storage area and ensure regulatory agency compliance i.e. labeling,containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc.
- Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment.
- Main incharge in ISO 14001 - ISO 45001's project. Implement as standard.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by HR-GA manager.
Job Requirements
- Attend the risk indentify process related to Food safety, Occupational health, safety (OH&S) and Environmental (ISO 14001).
- Education level: Bachelor degree in Environment, chemistry or engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint,…
- Accepting high pressure, diligence and attention to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years in the same positions
- Hard working ,Flexible, independent and able to handle confidential information.

- Good command in oral and written English/ Japanese
