Global Employer Branding & Content Specialist

Job Purpose Summary:

This position is responsible for developing & applying Employer Branding strategies, Social Media channels & HR Communications’ initiatives among HR team to foster employee engagement & branding.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Co-Develop & execute employer branding strategies across multiple digital platforms.

• Create, curate, and manage engaging global content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

• Coordinate HR communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

• Collaborate with HR teams and Communication to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

• Design high-quality materials, including brochures, videos, and top-end corporate presentations.

• Monitor global social media trends and employer branding best practices to optimize reach and engagement.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on content performance.

▪ University Degree

▪ At least 2-3 years of experience in similar position

▪ Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

▪ Strong proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

▪ Excellent texting, storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

▪ Experience in video production and editing is a plus

▪ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
