This is an 18-month, fast-tracked journey to a management position for fresh graduates and young professionals to raise future-leaders of BAT. You will be developed with outstanding commercial skills - a complete understanding of the market dynamics, and how our functions collaborate to achieve exceptional results.

• Graduate with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related majors
• Have less than 2 years of professional work experience (excluding internship)
• Proven track record of Leadership
• Globally Mobile
• Proficient in English
• Vietnam Nationality
