RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the BOD in developing warranty policies, processes, and guidelines.

- Review and approve warranty proposals of authorized Distributors in the markets where there is no VinFast entity present.

- Reconcile debts, certify monthly payments for Distributors.

- Review and approve warranty parts disposal on monthly basis.

- Monthly post-verity warranty for specific cases.

- Post-verify warranty documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Having minimum 5 years of Aftersales Service Management, Warranty Management, or service quality experience or related positions

- Having experience in organizing and operating teams, implementing business and aftersales plans

- Having experience working for automobile manufacturers (Distributors, Manufacturers) is an advantage.

- English proficiency and ability to work in a global environment.
