Coordinate with the functional divisions and Authorities to implement the project licensing of the Project.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Build up, maintain and develop good relationship with Government agencies and institutions
• Be responsible to propose and perform activities to build up and develop relationship with Competent agencies
• Act as the representative for direct interaction and communication with Government agencies during project licensing under State regulations (Project licensing documents to be prepared by Functional Departments and distributed towards External Relationships):
1. Apply for investment policy, Investor recognition, approval for investment project
2. Prepare documents for Decision on Land allocation, Certificate of Land use right
3. Master planning (included planning parameter, Planning Permit, MP1/2000, MP1/500)
4. Assess preliminary design & technical design of project
5. Connection of utilities, infrastructure
6. Aviation height, Environmental impact assessement
7. Construction permit
8. Fire fighting inspection and project completion acceptance and handover acceptance.
9. Grant customers Land use right certificate and Housing ownership certificate
• Directly work with competent agencies in collaboration with Legal & Compliance Department to solve problems and procedures related to activities at corporate level
• Get involved in solving or offering advice upon how to solve problems and issues to Functional Departments throughout the working process with Government agencies
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
• Achieving financial KPIs, non-financial KPIs and other assigned KPIs as assigned;
• Executing other responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION:
• Degree of professional for Construction Engineer, Architect, MEP Engineer
• English language: IELTS 5.0
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
• Good technical knowledge for construction or design (Architectural, Structure or MEP).
• Good knowledge about the law of planning, law of construction, law of firefighting, law of Environmental, lay of Residential, law of Land, law of Investment, Codes, degree and all sub-law document.
EXPERIENCE:
• 12 years experience in professional scope
• 3 years experience in public relations
SKILLS:
• Planning, arranging work scientifically, flexible and effective.
• Detailed, careful, comprehensive synthesis.
• High concentration, high pressure resistance, good work control.
• Soft skill in communication.
• Working with the highest requirements
• All work must always be most effective
• Working on plan - coordinated progress
• Don't get discouraged, don't give up when it's tough
• Good communication ability and agility in coordinated work with partners.
• Must synthesize knowledge of relevant fields when negotiating a matter.
• Master the rules, influencing factors to negotiate to achieve the goal.
