About the Program Marsh’s Graduate Associate program is a 2-year accelerated rotational program open to a select group of highly motivated recent University graduates. We offer graduates on the job training, structured formal training, regular reviews and feedback and a wide range of development programs focusing on business development and client servicing functions. We are looking for highly driven and motivated, creative thinking, high learning orientation and collaborative team players who want to start and develop their career alongside smart, creative, diverse and hardworking people, who are committed to solving society’s most pressing issues through the development of new and innovative solutions. • Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any discipline • 0 to 2 years work experience in any field • Demonstrated Leadership qualities in school, work or community activities • Good communication skills in both oral and written English and local languages • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
