Intensive 18-month entry-level program spanning six-month function-specific project in one of the businesses. Combines on-job training, job assignments, projects and classroom induction/training to equip with relevant skills. Mentoring by senior professionals during the projects. Develops best-in-industry future leaders. * Key Activities: Project Engineer Process Engineer Quality Engineer Warehouse Supervisor Production Planner HSE&S Specialist

Fresh Graduate (Bachelor/Master) or Graduates with maximum One Year full-time working experience. All engineer backgrounds (chemical, materials, automation, industrial, electrical, mechanical, environmental, aeronautical, etc.). Proficiency in English. Clear career interested in Manufacturing and Engineering. Exhibit high initiative & Leadership in student organizations/ extracurricular activities. Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork & achievement orientation; bright & creative minds & up for challenges. Geographical mobility- possible to travel across countries and provinces in Vietnam: Bac Ninh (main location), Dong Nai, Binh Duong. Be able to start working full-time in Vietnam from July 2024.
